Hey!
Hey!
Writing is hard.
As of this moment, I don't know what to write.
I'm about to finish on the strategy presentation for a huge client, and I'm rethinking the entire presentation layout.
Yeah, I do this a lot.
Going through a presentation is like any of your "A Day In The Life of" series that you live out everyday. If it starts out bad, it is bad till the end unless by some magic, she calls you just to hear your voice.
Sometimes, it's bland, and you're just cranky all day. You shout at him because he didn't get you the ice-cream he promised. It's crazy, I know.
Presentations are like that.
It's not about a peak. It's not even about the work. It's about engagement. When you present work, your job is to make the client almost forget that it is a presentation.
Try something a little different.
Use a different grid. Find a new software. Make it interactive. Infuse sound. Host it on a website. Do a motion reel.
Build excitement right from the beginning.
Overwhelm your client.
Just like I started this newsletter, keep them glued till the end. It was true tho. Writing is indeed hard.
This is the 205th word, and it turns out I wrote something.
Side note: When you shift from curation to documentation, using social media becomes easy to use.
Nice to meet you.
Ciao.
You really should ask people you know to sign-up to this newsletter.
PS: Finally working on my website—for the third time.
