I'm such a hypocrite

Nah! I'm not.

But I fucked up. I'll tell you why in a bit.

How are you, Praise? It's been a minute [exactly 2 weeks] since I last wrote to you. That's so long!

It's been a crazy past 2 weeks, yunno? How's your end? Crazy? No? Good? Celebrated some Q1 wins, yes? Oh no! You had losses? Yeah, I can relate.

I had a very stressful fortnight, especially with the completion of a particular 5-week deadline. It was tight, but we did it. I did it. I also had a lot of other tasks to complete.

Ovalay Academy was almost on a standstill for 2 weeks. I'm glad I have cool students. I should make it up to them too. The UU Series has also taken an ample part of my time.

Not to kill myself, I dropped my personal projects. I couldn't work as fast as I wanted, PC and internet were a drag on my life. It was frustrating.

I have about 7 clusters of tasks still rotting on my desk, but na me go still do am las las.

So, I fucked up and I fucked up so badly that you probably have no idea why.

Branding means aligning company's offerings with consumer's expectations, yes?

You expected a newsletter everyday, and you didn't get anything for 2 weeks. You know the worst part? Kuda is a better brand than Praise Philemonn. I didn't tell you anything or even give you simple feedback.

You see where I don fuck up? Really bad!

I'm sorry! I'll do better.

However, try not to be like me.

Over the next couple of weeks, I'd be building out a couple of my personal projects [for you] in public via this newsletter.

You won't see it anywhere else but here. Some of them include a subscription access plan, an online freelancer HQ with Notion, a design radio, the journnal, designing logos in nigeria, and more.b

Crazy stuff, but I'll be baring my ass out for y'all to see and drag me.

For now? The UU Series and Ovalay Academy is top priority.

PS: DearDes!gner is literally coming with a banger soonest and I really can't wait for us to see it. The Nigerian Design Community is about to get crazier than it has ever been.

PPS: I'm looking to visit tertiary institutions this year for design workshops. I currently have Adeyemi College of Education, Obafemi Awolowo University, UNILAG, University of Ibadan and FUTA in my list.
