Why I love managers

This is a Temi-appreciation letter.

"Praise, are you doing something?" was code for "I have work for you" in FourthCanvas 2017.

I told her I was going to drag her in my newsletter today, but you can't drag someone so amazing—that she'd send me an email with work and I'd be thinking "why are you not busy?"

I remember working on the Christmas cards for all of 4C's clients at the end of the year.

"Praise, are you done?"

"Yes, almost", ignoring the obvious paradox in that answer.

Few moments later ...

"Praise, well done o. It looks as if we should have sent this thing earlier. What happened?"

"Erm ... see ... check your email sha for the one I have finished"—na me be that o. Sigh.

Temi is the reason I love managers. She's the best I have worked with, and even though we don't talk so much, she's top inspiration for me.

Moral of today's letter?

Appreciate the people that made you do your best once once. It's little but it goes a long way.

For example, Temi will buy me birthday gift 'cos of this. Lol.
