6 Days of madness

Praise, this is not even today's email. I'm just excited that I want to share this with you.

On Wednesday, I started a brand identity design sprint with the guys—Stark, Xcheun, El Bajie, Theodox & Anuge—introducing them to a new project management methodology, Agile.

Yes! I reconstructed my brand identity design process into the Agile methodology. The final work is defined as a system divided into components. Each sprint completes a component, adding up to an entirely completed projected at the end of 6 days.

It's new to them.

I have used it quite well in executing a brand strategy project I am currently on, and it's quite interesting to explore, when you understand it—a bit.

I'm excited because I have a team who knows that anything is possible, who trusts my direction. But the most of all is because I have a team who trusts themselves and their skillset.

I take more notes in our 4 hour daily sprint than I give ideas. It is so amazing to listen them share thoughts, objections, questions and ideas.

I'm excited at this experiment. Even more, I am grateful that I have a team willing to take it with me.

It's bliss.
