Chimamanda's piece—anyone read it yet?

It is so articulate, you know? That's why I love Chimamanda the most. Her precision with words is second to none in my head. I am awed by her.

About her piece, I think ...

Stop for a minute.

If I told you what I thought, do you know it'd be valid because it is my thought? And whether it is built on a bias or not, it doesn't threaten its validity?

I'd go on and on about what I think she said, but you won't know one tiny truth.

I haven't read it yet.

All I have read are people's opinions about it.

Praise, today's a new day. Give yourself the chance to understand before you comment.

I'm trying, and I hope you do too.

BTW, I added two new categories to the newsletter.

  • God–Future X: a weekly letter for student designers only across all universities in Nigeria—for student designers only! * Building Culture: a weekly letter about my thoughts on Brand, Identity Design, Communications & Culture Transformation.

Ciao.
