Comfort in progress

I love Arcane.

In its last episode, it said "in the pursuit of great, we forgot to do good" and amongst many things they said, it stuck with me.

It got me thinking, what is the "good enough" version of my "great"? And how can I get it done? Because good is on the path to great; fair is on the path to excellent; and comfortable, on the path to rich.

If we can find comfort in progress, it makes the pursuit worthwhile. And, maybe—just maybe—if we never reach the gates of our dream, we can die in the pleasure of seeing it across the valley.

It's horrible if we don't get to see it at all.
