Handling conflict
Hey,
When you work with people, you'll always have gaps in expectations and opinions on how things should get done. You will choose to have a discourse, asking questions hoping to shift their perspective.
Other times, you'd have to flat out state what you think instead of beating around the bush.

When you do any of the above, you have to be assertive and objective at the same time. You have to believe that it'll work and still be open to the possibility that your opinion might be skewed.
"How To Win Friends & Influence People" is a good book to explore on this topic of conflict and cooperation.

Thank you.
